There is undeniable evidence everywhere we look that an entire generation is being unapologetically and callously dismissed by big business, individuals and even entire countries because of the misconception of age. Forbes, along many other news and financial mediums observe that "age discrimination lawsuits are on the rise". We see it now at large in Health Care in the wake of COVID-19, healthcare systems deciding what age group is worth saving. leaving our mature stars left to dim and drown, almost literally.

I believe if we bridge talented, skilled, knowledgeable members of this community with technology by putting them on a platform and in a spotlight the world will then see your true value. 

What is the purpose for this platform? Who Benefits? We've seen the news. Baby boomers forced into retirement not having enough financially to survive. Those who paved the way for us unable to cover medical costs and suffering as a result. The stories are unending. It's an unfortunate part of this life we live. As mentioned in my "story", I believe no one, regardless of age or any other factor, should be left without air to breathe and that includes those that came before us.
